Was not told about the mishap when I picked her up. I didn’t see it til we were on our way home. Was told because she was jumpy that this happened. Never requested an "eye scoop". I've brought Emma on numerous occasions and have always said just trim a little from her face and that has always been done with no issues. Very disappointing when I pay $76.50 for this. Was then told I could bring her back in and shave more off to make it even. Shaving more off her snout would look even more ridiculous. 2nd pic is what it normally... read more

The staff is always very friendly,and they do a wonderful job on Abby.
Staff was extremely pleasant. My dog said he also was happy. Lol
I love this place and it is now the only place I take my pups. Lisa is gentle and thorough. I can count on her to take wonderful care of my small fur babies-Wally and Willow. She is compassionate and a professional in her work.
