Sue and Marie are truly the sweetest groomers we’ve ever experienced. They were so incredibly patient, gentle, and caring with our older German Shepherd, Candy. As she got older and grooming became more difficult for her, they always gave her extra attention and care to make sure she was comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire process. Had the best experience. My 5 year old lab/pit mix has a lot of anxiety which doesn’t make it easy for me to trust many places but our experience here went so well. They are very understanding and accommodating for specific needs as I requested for her care. They treated my baby with great kindness which is a huge plus.
Called about availability, and the owner asked a series of unusual questions about my Boykin Spaniel, such as 'does he have a lot of hair'. She was quick to tell me that she doesn't have availability until EOM, but the tone, context, and how eager she was to dismiss a new client made me wonder why she even picked up the phone.
