Tailormade were brilliant in designing our en-suite, Dave in particular helped to advise on equipment and furnishings to achieve what we were looking for. Everything went very smoothly, arriving on time and the recommended fitter (Dominic Gower) was excellent too. Overall we were very happy with the service.
Tailormade bathrooms were friendly and approachable throughout the consultation and ordering process. They discussed realistic options which considered longevity and style (thanks Dan!). They also helpfully signposted us to Tileflair with a great range of tiles, and the very reliable Matthew Moore who undertook the fitting and 'stripey-tile look' like a breeze, making us feel at ease about the whole process. We are very thankful for our stripey bathroom, and definitely recommend Tailormade bathrooms! Cheers guys!
When we wanted to update our bathroom we had very little idea of what could be done to get the best outcome, although we did have a number of specific requirements. Dan did the first visit and then Dave and the team talked us through the various ways ahead, taking our uncertainty and our indecision in their stride and helping us to come to some really good decisions. Would highly recommend Dan and the whole Tailormade Bathrooms team to anyone looking to refresh or renew their bathroom. Dan looked after us on the many times we visited, was very patient with us and always had plenty of solutions due to our bathroom being in an old cottage. Excellent customer service with quick response times and always friendly! Thank you so much Dan.
We recently had a partial refurb on our bathroom and Dave and the team were very helpful and efficient through out the whole process. Would definitely recommend.
