I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. I brought in a pair of pants to have 3 inches hemmed off the bottom. When I picked them up, I noticed that the front upper portion of the pants had been damaged. On the right side, there were three stitches holding a stitched pleat together, and on the left side there was a very noticeable cut through the fabric in the same area. I came in to get a simple military patch sewn onto my uniform and I’m honestly surprised by the attention to detail they put into it. This was the first time a place hasn’t put the patch upside down, made it level, and put it in the correct spot. Extremely fair pricing and quick turnaround for the time I needed it.
They do not in fact Tailor while you wait. It is "just a name."
