We wanted to create a space that had “wow” factor, Lara and her team were instrumental in assisting us to select a range of soft furnishings and decorative items to achieve our goal. Tailired HQ were great from start to finish. Lara O'Donnell was very professional when she came to my home for a quote. She even gave me advice on how to arrange my existing curtains after she realised I hadn't hung them correctly after they were washed! Turns out that the previous owners of our home also used Tailored HQ, so it was quite a coincidence. The entire process was seamless. The shop service was great, however, their courier is WOEFUL...courier (SENDLE) picked it up 3 DEC it is NOW THE 19th Dec...should have go here way before the xmas rush...no excuse...CHANGE YOUR AWFUL COURIER SERVICE PLS
