Lots of fun! 30mins goes by so quickly
After healing from a L4/5 spinal fusion operation last year, I decided it was high time to start getting some fitness back. I looked at the other fitness options available in Kerikeri, and decided they weren't for me. I'm now a happy newbie at Tailored Results. I'm enjoying both exercising alone and with the group sessions, and feel I'm now on my way to getting my fitness back.
Was not a gym person took two goes to go in the door, now hate missing a session, we have a lot of laughs and the workouts are varied no time to be bored change each month. My golf has improved more strength & stamina my arthritis in my wrists was painful now almost gone both due to weights we do. Well worth coming in and having a try we will love to see you we are a friendly lot .
Really enjoy going to gym. Friendly, supportive and feel I’m doing a really good work.
