Dr Patrick Gilbourne is one of the best doctors I have come across. I’ve been attending a different medical practice for over 20 years, and my regular doctor was booked out. I had an ear and sinus infection from a long plane journey and needed to see a doctor as soon as possible. I cannot put into words how bad this gp practise is. Dr Anna should he ashamed of herself. Dismissive. Uninterested in problems with patients. Honestly please stay far far away from this practise. If possible go to somewhere like doctors of south Melbourne.
I have known Dr. Gilbourn for more than 20 years, and I was truly devastated when he moved on from Laverton. Between his leaving Laverton and, by chance, finding him again in Port Melbourne, I had seen at least five other doctors, testing the waters. Not one of them made me feel comfortable or truly heard. Dr Patrick Gilbourne is one of those doctors you’d never leave because not only is he extremely thorough and knowledgable but I never get the feeling that his time is more important than mine!
