I recently switched to this insurance through my employer. Even though I was a little confused at first in regards to the process of getting seen, they were very helpful. The staff is so polite and I love my doctor! They are very efficient, and definitely make the patients feel like a priority. Love it !
Had never thought about engaging in a concierge doctor arrangement before, but after struggling to find an acceptable family doctor my wife came across Dr. Clements and his practice online. My husband and I didn’t know what a good Primary Care Physician was until we decided to switch to Tailored MD and Dr. Clements. Our entire family has been seeing Dr Clements for the past 3 years. No longer a patient but when I was I had Dr. Vu and she was incredible. I know she is no longer there but it was the first time I was able to sit with Dr and they spoke human to me and not just directing. It was a care plan created together. I also had the pleasure of a handful of interactions with Dr. Wes as well and he was just as great. Maybe one day I will go back. Thank you all for what you do.
