I have come across this company via google reviews. For sure there’s big brands in the market that I could ask but I wanted a local company. From the first appointment with Joseph Chang to the installation.. everything was pleasant. Joseph was very upfront with the costs and realistic with what to expect. Almost three years ago this company installed beautiful closet shelving and drawers, and it all turned out very nice. But that's not what really makes this company shine in my book. Instead, one of the drawers broke, so I called them to find out about a warranty. I was sure that they were going to tell me to pound sand. They ended up telling me that I had a 7-year warranty. Wow! They showed the next day and fixed the drawer just like new.

Tailored Closet is definitely worth the investment for yourself and your home. Joseph reviewed our situation, completed a walk through and assessment which took in our needs for 2 bedroom walk in closets, one which was geared towards some physical limitations. We hired this company to epoxy our garage floor and they did a great job. Sommer helped me pick custom colors for our flakes and let me test drive three or four versions until I found one I liked. The young man who came and completed the labor was the sweetest thing and they were able to do it for me on a tight deadline.
