Excellent customer service and products from start to finish! Tim and the Tailored Closet team came recommended years ago and helped us with our laundry room and kids’ closets. We called on them again to help us with our primary bedroom closets and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Tim made sure we kept the needed storage space, and designed sleek and functional closets where everything has a place. We love it!
The entire experience was a real pleasure from beginning to end. Extremely easy folks to work with, the result was a beautiful and very functional product that turned an otherwise bland and inefficient walk- in closet into an almost work of art which we will enjoy for years to come. And the price was great too. If you’re looking for a company to create a great closet I highly recommend the Tailored Closet of Jacksonville.
We have had The Tailored Closet do 2 closets in our house, custom cabinets in our garage, and the garage flooring. We are extremely happy with the work and communication by every member of the team. Customer service has been excellent and Maelynn has made the process easy and not at all unpleasant. We highly recommend The Tailored Closet for anyone looking to customize spaces in their home!
They were absolutely amazing from start to finish! Bruce came out to give the estimate & was so professional yet friendly. He gave us the cost in record time. Maelynn in the office was always so friendly and professional as well. Always kept me posted and up to date as well with Bruce.
