If i could rate them zero i would. I do not recommend Tailored heating and cooling. I am not sure how they have 4.9 stars unless they write the reviews themselves. Someone was meant to come to check our air conditioner between 11 -2. so at 2.30 pm i message to see if they are still coming as i hadnt heard anything, they did respond saying he was on his way.
