Erin was great! She explained everything to me and helped me look at lots of options for my hearing issues.
UPDATE . It's been 6 months since my Cochlear Implant has been activated and Dr. Erin did such a good job preparing me with a new BTE ReSound Nexia HA prior to the implant that I'm now able to enjoy the complete functionality of my BiModal configuration with the addition of a Cochlear Nucleus Kanso 3 Sound Processor. My Audiologist, Dr. Erin Taylor AUD, did a great job with a difficult fitting challenge of a BiModal Hearing Solution that ties together my Cochlear Cochlea Implant and a ReSound Nexia BTE hearing aid.
