I have been really enjoying the Pilates classes with Anna. What I’ve loved the most is that it’s great Pilates exercises strengthening the whole body in a gentle fun way. As the exercises increase in difficulty Anna is such a good gentle energy that it eases your mind to get through it. I don’t live in Ridgefiejd but I drive there because the class is worth it. I highly recommend Tailored Fitness and the Pilates classes.
I was invited to go to a restorative yoga, reiki, and soundbath class today with Shana. It was so amazing and I can't wait to go to another one! I feel so poured into and my nervous system is very happy 💓 Thank you Shana!
I am so greatfull that I found this place. I am new to the area and have had a couple of crazy difficult physical issues. Barb has helped me modify the exercise to be safe and the people in the class are just so FUN!!!!

There are not enough words to describe how amazing Dessie is, as the owner and trainer of Tailored Fitness. I started going there almost a year ago and she has completely changed my life and my relationship with my body and with food.
