I am so greatfull that I found this place. I am new to the area and have had a couple of crazy difficult physical issues. Barb has helped me modify the exercise to be safe and the people in the class are just so FUN!!!!
It is lovely business with great yoga lessons. I highly recommend.
I go to Denise's yoga classes at Tailored Fitness Studio on Tuesdays and Fridays and I'm so grateful to have found them. Denise's classes have been an emotional, physical, spiritual and mental gold mine for many of us. I'm new to yoga and Denise is so patient and encouraging to me. We're all at different yoga levels in the classes, but Denise makes it work. Denise is inspiring and provides a great sense of community for us all at Tailored Fitness Studio and what a blessing to have right here in Ridgefield!
Can't say how much I enjoyed this class! Much needed and can't wait to go again.
