Very disappointed with this barbershop. I canceled my appointment several hours in advance and was still charged $65, which feels completely unreasonable — especially for a men’s haircut. Emergencies and schedule changes happen, and I clearly communicated my situation to the business multiple times. Charging the full price for a service that was never provided is excessive. Genuinely the best scissor haircut I’ve gotten in Nashville, I could not recommend Ashleigh any more. She took the time to discuss what works for me and had a ton of attention to detail!!

Very grateful to Janelle for a great haircut. She was patient with me during the last appointment of the night and talked me through how to save hair I’d been growing for almost a year. She talked me out of chopping it off and put me at ease while she actually made it look great. I walked in a mess unsure of what I was asking for and she had me leaving professional-looking and happy.
