DO NOT Go here. I took my BMW here for a simple brake job. The gentleman was nice but he couldn’t properly finish the job. Also, this is his part time shop so you may or may not be able to get the work done on time. After repeated attempts to get this fixed he could only say “go to the dealership to get it fixed” so he took my money, didn’t do the job properly an instead of fixing it says go to the dealer. Then why be in business if you can’t do the job! SCAM.
The owner was very unprofessional with me, during a phone call to discuss my car being service there. Calling me Mama and Baby at the beginning of the call. This was supposed to be a business call, not a friendly call. I was taken back by how he answered the phone to start a business call. Felt disrespected as a female and customer. Not sure, if i will recommend female customers to this shop. I called him out on his wrong doing, he admit he was wrong. Still very unprofessional coming from a business owner.

I had just gotten into a fender bender and was so stressed and confused about what to do, especially since I didn’t want to go through insurance. I called Tailor Tech’s Automotive, and the owner was incredibly professional, patient, and helpful from the start. He walked me through everything, explained my options clearly, and made sure my Tesla was fully taken care of. The repairs were done within a week and the service was amazing. Truly efficient, honest, and great to work with—highly recommend!
