The owner was very unprofessional with me, during a phone call to discuss my car being service there. Calling me Mama and Baby at the beginning of the call. This was supposed to be a business call, not a friendly call. I was taken back by how he answered the phone to start a business call. Felt disrespected as a female and customer. Not sure, if i will recommend female customers to this shop. I called him out on his wrong doing, he admit he was wrong. Still very unprofessional coming from a business owner.

I had just gotten into a fender bender and was so stressed and confused about what to do, especially since I didn’t want to go through insurance. I called Tailor Tech’s Automotive, and the owner was incredibly professional, patient, and helpful from the start. He walked me through everything, explained my options clearly, and made sure my Tesla was fully taken care of. The repairs were done within a week and the service was amazing. Truly efficient, honest, and great to work with—highly recommend!
Mario know his stuff, the most experienced auto technician that I know! Thank you for all of your help, always there when I need you!!
** Update**- Mario is still my mechanic & I'm grateful for his expertise. Mario/Tailor Techs Automotive has become my official mechanic. My former mechanic (of whom I had an established business relationship with, 10 years in the making) referred me to Mario about 1 1/2 years ago because he didn't have a specific tool needed to do some major work on my MiniCooper.
