Gorgeous place, super swanky and a terrific vibe. The server was not very attentive even though he had 2 tables. Friday night 7pm reservations. No blue cheese for martinis (dirty martini blue cheese olives, not. They were out of pineapple juice (French martini) Then we ordered a Grey goose rocks with a grapefruit slice. If you are looking for a great place for pre-dinner drink or after dinner cordials, this is the spot. The atmosphere is unique when compared to other Palm Springs options. This feels more like a speakeasy in NYC - beautiful interior, dimly lit, amazing drinks. We had four different cocktails over two nights and wanted to have more. Manager and staff were engaging and know their stuff - so feel free to ask questions to ensure you order the drink that's best for you. Arrived for our reservation at 7pm and was informed over 1/2 their food menu was unavailable. "Slow service" is really an understatement for how bad it was. --No water until 20 mins after we arrived. --No drink or food until 45 mins after we arrived. --No water refill for the hour and a half we were there. They seriously could not care at all that I am here sitting at the bar. Staying at The Twist which is awesome, so this is very disappointing!!! Very unfriendly server, kitchen is closed very early, and when I asked if I could substitute one cheese on the cheese board I was told we would see what he could do... No promises . Certainly will never come back! Having my glass of wine and leaving.... Such a shame because it looked like it had a great vibe!
Arrived for the first reservation at 5pm and was informed over 1/2 their menu was unavailable. Drinks are on the sweeter side despite verifying with the server that we did not care for sweet drinks. We ended up not enjoying either drink we ordered. Slow service overall but friendly. Doesn’t live up to hype, had much better drinks elsewhere.
