Absolutely wonderful tailoring work for my wedding dress, could not ask for any more. Maria and all of her team continuously made me feel beautiful and fit my dress beautifully. Communication and expectations were clear throughout. I traveled down from Boston to have this work done based off countless reviews and if you are on the fence, you should too!
Would give 100 stars if I could! I decided last minute that I wanted to redesign a family first communion gown into a baptism dress for my daughter. Denise was able to fit me in quickly and Maria made the process seamless. Not only was the dress perfect, Maria used her own decor to add little details to make it special. When I picked it up, they had even wrapped it in a special box for future use. Amazing work and amazing people. Will be using them in the future!!!
Maria is the most incredible tailor i’ve ever worked with, she knows her craft and makes you feel so comfortable and seen! Denise also is an angel and always made sure I felt comfortable enough to provide my opinions and the two of them worked together to tailor my wedding dress, embroider my veil, alter my reception dress, AND customize my rehearsal dinner dress. I could not recommend this place enough for formal alterations!
Maria is an expert tailor who worked so carefully and thoughtfully to fit my wedding dress. Although it is a simple style, there was no room for error and Maria's care was so evident in the final fit. I went several times and Denise and Maria made sure everything was perfect. The whole shop was full of thoughtful people who helped me think through all the little details and offered welcome advice. They are busy, so plan accordingly.
I sadly can be a procrastinator and I had three dresses I need alterations on. I found tailor on the avenue, Denise and her team helped me so much!! I wish I could attach a photo I have of one of the dresses they alter for a beautiful wedding I had in Montana! They were so kind and thoughtful, I am so glad I found them and will be going back! Tailor on the avenue found a forever customer!
