Peter has always been capable of taking care of the pest. The bait box stays maintained and the spraying of the perimeter of the house has provided great protection from insects and pests
This company felt like a complete scam. They hackle you to pay to inspect before they even show up. I paid & they gave an outrageous cost to fix the issue regarding raccoon in attic. The invoice left no explanation or pictures or anything for what $8000 (the amount I was quoted) would pay for. I called multiple times never heard back it was $250 down the drain. I went elsewhere to get the raccoon issue fixed. I would never recommend this company.
He was very thorough and sympathetic to my issues.
