Horrible customer service. Every time they come out, they mail out their invoice but at the same time mail out a late notice. I called them to tell them I’m receiving the original invoice the same day as the late notice invoice. The guy was extremely rude and unprofessional. I cancelled my service and now they sent a late fee for the last payment which again the original invoice I received literally came at the same time as their late notice invoice.
