beyond disrespectful, the level communication they provide is awful. They cut off our practice from ordering and prescribing then when we requested a review there was no response. We called and called, we were provided an email communication with a couple people and no response was ever given. Goes to show how they treat and think of clients
The customer service is really lacking. For mysterious reasons, prescriptions have to be sent in multiple times before they make it into their system, if they even do. Refills are sometimes filled on time, sometimes weeks late with no explanation. My latest prescription was supposedly not received twice, and then when my doctor called TMC, he was told that they no longer compound that medication. As others have shared, they also cancelled my clinic without notice - I didnt find out till today 3/27 when I called to inquire why they refilled an unauthorized refill for one of my patients and billed our clinic - apparently on the day of cancellation - what a scam. The reason quoted for cancellation was "We are making thoughtful changes to our clinic portfolio to ensure we can continue to meet the needs of the patients with consistency, quality, and reliability. Poor customer service. They couldn't care less that the "new" system they switched to caused backorder issues, which left patients scrambling for alternative sources for their medication. When I called, they were cold and apathetic, stating 12 - 15 business days to ship, but not making any promises. Note to providers - Save your practice a hugh headache and avoid!
