Tailor Made has really great prices, compared to other compounding pharmacies. But regarding fulfillment and communication, they are either extremely short staffed, or just dysfunctional. Placed an order for two medications--my second order--with TMade Compounding--on Aug. 8th. On Aug. 26th--eighteen days later--they called to say they could no longer supply one of those meds. Absolutely terrible. Discontinuing products after orders are placed AND NOT EVEN BOTHERING TO INFORM THE CLINIC FOR WEEKS! Called to ask about it, and was told that there's too many departments so they can't be responsible for failing to communicate.
It should not take two week for medication to be received..When I called the gentlemen on the phone was so nonchalant. This is a disappointing pharmacy. Still have not received my medication..
