I had the most relaxing experience coming into your shop for my facial, you explained exactly what was going to be done and you made it such a soothing experience; even the spa music was a nice touch and the setting was as relaxing as it gets, not to mention; my face felt so refreshed and my skin was glowing after the session was done. Brought a Groupon for services & to make an appointment you have to put a $20 NONREFUNDABLE deposit to secure it, NOWHERE on the Groupon does it state this, your forced to spend this $20 on their products! 🤨 I already paid, why would you have to put a deposit! 🤔 Gotta change that policy for the consumers that pay in advance!!!!!
