I had the most relaxing experience coming into your shop for my facial, you explained exactly what was going to be done and you made it such a soothing experience; even the spa music was a nice touch and the setting was as relaxing as it gets, not to mention; my face felt so refreshed and my skin was glowing after the session was done.
