I’m so impressed with the quality and design of this building; Marcon really nailed the balance between style and functionality. Its location is unbeatable—tucked away on a quiet street yet just steps from the SkyTrain and all the amenities Brentwood has to offer
Meh 4 months in storage break-ins, car stolen, mail/parcels stolen, rec room TV stolen. 2 management changes, 2 security changes... No sound proofing walls, and can hear neighbors have sex.. But hey they have a gym + yoga room and a bathroom in the lobby... Many people constantly moving in and out
Amazing brand new building at a great location.
AC doesn’t work on the hottest days if it’s spring and raining works fine. Building has been broken into multiple times over the past few months with high value items stolen every time including a car that was hot wired. Security was hired to guard the perimeter but they’re probably just scrolling TikTok because that hasn’t stopped the break ins. Another poor quality Marcon development…Buyer Beware! They do not honour their own word or warranties and will make false excuses until your warranty period is up! Customer service is also atrocious, especially their Customer Care Manager Tricia Ward! She lacks empathy, professionalism or just basic customer service skills!
