This BBQ Trailer is putting out Some of the Best BBQ in NTX. Whether you want Moist Brisket, Ribs, Pulled Pork, Cheddar Jalapeño Sausage, etc. Everything is Fantastic. Housemade sides are Great. Love the Coleslaw and Mac & Cheese made with real Cheddar Cheese. The Carolina Pulled Pork Sandwich topped with Coleslaw is enough for 2 people and makes the Carolinas Proud!! Service is Great. Covered Picnic Tables and Dan is one of the Best People you'll ever meet!!

Finally got to try this BBQ and I'm so mad I forgot to take pics. We had the extra large BBQ brisket potato (and I absolutely mean extra large!!), the brisket mac and cheese and the Dr. Pepper beans. The portions were unreal - was still eating it 2 days later. Definitely fair pricing for how much you get. The Mac took up an entire to go container piled high. Definitely some of the best ribs I've had. Unfortunately the brisket was sold out by the time we got there. Chopped BBQ was good, heavy on the pepper but still delicious.
