So we just used this place for boarding for the second time. First time we didn’t have any issues. This time we asked for our puppy to be bathed, nails done, etc. while she stayed over. When I picked her up today 10/22/22, the girl asked if was just the boarding and I explained she was supposed be bathed. I was told a simple, “Sorry we didn’t bathe her.” That’s was it…once I got home I noticed an odor of urine my wife immediately smelled it as well and also noticed that her paws were red. My dog went Tuesday through Friday for a few months, and absolutely loved it. She was a puppy and kennel cough was running rampant and they didn't say a word, Not one person there told me or had a sign up saying that it was going around and my puppy ended up suffering and dying. Her death could’ve been potentially avoided had they been more upfront about kennel cough going around the establishment as I wouldn’t have brought my 10 month old puppy in. Because of their negligence my dog ended up losing her life.
We booked the week of July 25 -August 1 for our 17 lb dog. We had two concerns, separation anxiety and the security provided for our dog. On July 10, I talked to one of the managers about my concerns. She gave good advice about the separation anxiety. Told us to bring his doggie bed, a favorite toy, and clothing that had my scent. She assured me the place was secure with an 8 ft fence and he could not dig out as there was artificial turf with cement under it.We dropped our dog off at 4:00 on Sunday, July 25.
