My dog didn’t want to go in which should’ve been my first sign! The women at the desk took her back and I immediately heard my dog SCREAM crying. My dog tolerates everything and I mean everything she’s very well behaved. The women came out yelling at me (she is a grown women me still a teenager) that she wouldn’t trim my dogs nails for my babies safety which is FINE if she just said that but she screamed at me and threw my money back at me I’m happy my sister was there to witness it as well so there was someone else there. I was beyond satisfied with my experience!! The ladies here were so kind and courteous with me and four legged friend(cat). We unfortunately had a problem with fleas and they helped get her cleaned up and did a flea treatment to remove them. She came out so soft and free of fleas! Couldn’t be happier with their services. 10/10 recommends!!
