My dogs love the staff. The staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and caring.
We have a severe neglect case at the animal shelter I work at. I came in today inquiring about grooming because she was extremely matted and overgrown. Jen and the other girls were Amazing! They told me to bring her inside and they would groom her right away. She looks like a new dog! She definitely feels better and she smells so fresh. Thank you so, so much for helping my sweet little Cinnamon. With some weight gain, love and a fresh new haircut, she'll find a new home in no time!
My sister brought her dog here multiple times and somehow the haircuts managed to be terrible every single visit. Choppy, uneven, and completely careless work. It honestly looks like they don’t know what they’re doing. The customer service is just as bad. I’ve picked up the dog several times and each experience has been uncomfortable and unprofessional. Great service, great price. We have been bringing both of our dogs here for more than a year. They do a really nice job at a very reasonable price. The boys look forward to their 'day at the spa!'
