I have never had success trimming my 80-lb dog’s nails and the few times I’ve taken him to the vet, it’s taken 3 vet techs just to clip his nails, so he is not an easy dog. However, Jenn and her team do a great job with him! I will continue bringing him to TailWaggers since they seem to be the only place that can handle him!
I took in a special needs kitten found on the street. He had seizures and vision issues, and possible neurological issues. I had to go out of town a few times, and since one of the groomers is also a vet tech, they offered to watch him so I wouldn’t have to worry about someone inexperienced watching him. I have been using Tail Waggers for about a year, the grooming has been ok, not the most precise but my dog is young and I’m sure challenging at times so I gave them grace. Today I made a mistake on the appointment time and came 30 minutes late. I felt very badly, apologized profusely, offered to come back on a different day, etc. I understood the late fee policy and didn’t complain, it was my fault after all.
