Horrible service..They're unaware of what's in-stock and will take orders on out of stock items without telling you.They sent me 5 of 30 knobs, promising the rest in 10 business days. I cancelled my time sensitive order and was only given a partial refund - less the $8.00 shipping on an order I NEVER would have bought if aware of the delay. Customer Service ZERO help
I have to say, these people delivered. I got my drawer pulls today and they are exactly what I was looking for. I couldn't get these anywhere else. Fast shipping too.
This is an awful organization. They do not pay for shipping of returned items and they take off 20% of the price the item cost when you return the item 15 days after it's been received. I would never use them again.
