I did a walk in and I was asked very rudely do I have an appointment I didn’t have an appointment but I wanted to schedule one but the rude condescending attitude that was enough for me to turn around and walk out. I’ve been here before and I’ve received much better service. I don’t know what happened, but this ain’t it. I like to spend my money where me and my money feel valued and appreciated.
I received the best deep tissue massage ever. Anna is amazing. I am from out of town and would drive here to have another massage. Thank u, Anna!
I would have given 0 stars if possible. They body shamed us and also forced us to give tips!! they also asked us to give 20% tip before the service so we would get the service accordingly. Worst place ever!!
I I've come to this location 2 times and the staff isn't that friendly or accommodating once I was sent here by the people in palisades Park because they were full and once I got here I was told that they could only give me a 45 minute massage when I wanted 60 minute massage and I went back today and they did the same thing. Terrible. They make you very uncomfortable trying to force certain tip amounts upon you. Very unprofessional!!
