I have over $1200 credit with the shop. Called multiple times and messaged the owner, no reply. What is going on with the business?!
Jason is the boss. Can you please reply to refund almost unused $500 vouchers. Your shop has been closed for more than a month with a notice " closed until 2/5/24 for renovation" There wasn't a renovation until today. I made a few calls to make a massage appointment. But no one pick up phone call or message or any communication reply. What's going on to your business? Can you please answer to the customer the vouchers money refund?
Grim place! Lady who gave me my massage didn't speak much English and I believe caused me injury from the massage she gave me.
