I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I felt it needed to be shared, especially given how misleading their high Yelp rating is. This was the worst boba I've ever had. I ordered a mango smoothie with boba, and it was incredibly disappointing. It tasted artificial, like a cheap pre-made mix at best, with almost no real mango flavor. The boba was hard and frozen, not freshly made at all. I visited this store and had a disappointing experience. The first time I came in, I waited for service, but the server never came over. I returned an hour later, and when I was finally assisted, the server was unfriendly and seemed uninterested in engaging with customers. She didn’t seem bothered to answer my questions, and her hair wasn’t properly gathered. To top it off, she spent too much time chatting while preparing my latte, which affected the overall service. Then I had diarrhea. So, I don’t recommend at all.
Got the passion lychee with boba and coconut jelly. It’s very good.
