Free lollipops very clean and awesome The front desk people and orthodontist's are very nice and friendly to talk to !!! :)
Recently I found a review mentioning hygiene concerns here, so I paid close attention when I brought my kid in for a follow-up. Honestly, it was pretty concerning. I saw some staff wearing the same gloves to touch computers screen, drawers, or other non-dental equipment then without changing them and going straight to touching a patient’s mouth or dental appliances. I’ve had such a great experience at this ortho office. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and professional. I especially want to shout out Liz and Stephanie — they’ve been amazing since I started coming here and always make me feel comfortable and taken care of. They are both very kind, patient, and helpful every visit. I highly recommend this place!
