What an absolutely pleasant experience. The sales staff was professional, accommodating and knowledgeable. They took the time to show me many different designs and were very patient with me. The carpets were all high quality. The staff took the hassle out of shopping. I will come back for my next redesign project!
The store and atmosphere felt extremely welcoming. Also really liked the variety of rugs, colors, textures and more! Would highly recommend.
This experience exceeded our expectations. The selection was terrific and everyone was eager to assist us!
Zero stars for communication and customer service. Not sure if they are still in business because they simply do not respond.
