I do not go for massages very often. But I see a chiropractor, and every now and then a lower back massage is helpful. I received an excellent massage from a therapist named Tina here. She clearly knew, even without asking, which areas needed particular work, but of course asked also, confirming she was neither applying too much, or too little, pressure. Any one who working with there body I suggest to come here. I'm useally stiff with muscle pains after a two weeks work and I make this a weekend stop to help ease the tension
