The staff is really nice and I have been able to get appointments easily as needed. His clinic was clean and looked very professional. Visit was very thorough and to the point, with barely any time on wait to see the doctor. He took his time to explain and listen.

I would give zero stars if I could. Incredibly rude Dr, likes to fatshame for someone who isn't skinny themselves is laughable.

I saw Dr. shin about 3 years ago. I wouldn’t normally write a review at this point, but it’s important. I asked him if there’s anyway my thyroid being a little off on occasion has been causing my multiple miscarriages. He told me no, there was no way it being a bit low sometimes would cause that. I saw a fetal endocrinologist who reviewed my labs for years, ran new ones, etc. and said the only thing off, was my thyroid- let’s try a medicaigcsiton for it. Unfortunately it must be Insurance companies, but if you miss your appointments the Doctors Office will Drop you. Regardless of the urgency. So they won't refill your prescriptions. The receptionist can be very snippy too....how rude.
