I have never met a Doctor that was more kind or patient than Dr. Do. I brought my autistic son to see the Dr regarding a cyst. My son was scared and embarrassed but Dr. Do made us both very comfortable with his genuine concern.
My son had an appt with Dr Do for 10:15 on 11-7. He has had imaging to see if he needed surgery for a hernia. I received a call at 9:50 from Dr. Do's office advising me they were cancelling his appt. (I drove from Plano to take him to this appointment). Today I received a text that HE missed the appointment. I called Dr Do's office to reschedule, was told 11-28 best she could do. I ask if some consideration could be given for an earlier appt as THEY cancelled the one yesterday. Her response was NO. How disappointing.
