Miranda offers wonderful instruction in Qi Gong and Taichi with equal parts wisdom, humility, generosity, and humor. She teaches the physical forms while explaining how they affect the acupuncture meridians and acupressure points so that each student is empowered to heal themselves at home as well. The warm ups and standing meditation have become a daily routine for me with many benefits to mind and body. I even got my dad to join and now we practice together!
