I just changed my last doctor to this doctor she is very kind and takes really good care of her patients.

I would not recommend this doctor at all if you have anything seriously wrong with you. I went to her last year for something that was potentially life threatening and she was extremely dismissive and rude. She was typing on her phone the entire time , not allowing me to speak about my concerns , and she basically called me a liar. I literally left my appointment in tears and I also texted the office to let them know about my treatment and nothing was done. Dr. Shereef is a very compassionate doctor and gives me answers and I like the fact that she gives a chance for us to lower our cholesterol on our own before medicating us. However, her front desk people are very unprofessional currently. I messaged Martica a while back that I did a test and they probably never sent it to the doctor you message them to let you know when a next appointment is and never respond. I miss the girls she had at the front desk when the doctor 1st became my primary doctor. They were much more attenti... read more
