We have had Tahoma Home Care in our home for 4-5 months now and have been pleased with their services. Susie does a thorough walk through, offers prices for services and followed up with the information in writing. They use eco friendly products. We have the same head cleaner each week so there is consistency in the service. We get a reminder e-mail a day before they are coming.
I called Tahoma Home Care to help me after I broke my ankle and was unable to clean our house. Susie took great notes on what needed to be cleaned and let me know how their process worked and what they focused on each visit. After having Meghan and her crew clean our house the first time, I knew I would be keeping their service even after I am healed. Awesome company to work with. My wife and I used them on our rental after we had it remodeled. We had used other services before for turnaround, but they didn't provide post construction cleaning services. Tahoma Home Care was so thorough when cleaning our home. They got stickers cleaned off of new windows and a sliding glass door. Really great on scheduling and they make it really easy to pay their invoices. Looking forward to using them from now on when we need our rental cleaned in between tenants.
Our regular cleaner was already booked, so we needed someone for a last-minute deep clean at our Airbnb after guests checked out. Susie was able to fit us in on a Saturday, and we couldn’t have been happier with the results. She did a fantastic job cleaning up all the dog fur and left the home spotless. We also appreciated that she is licensed and bonded, which gave us extra peace of mind. Susie was professional, reliable, and easy to work with. We’d definitely use her again and highly recommend her!
