Iris the manager or supervisor whatever she is has a TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
They're charging me for someone else's garbage - they stated it is my responsibility to pay it regardless - not only the supervisor is spreading misinformation but invasive to my right as a property owner.
I’m giving 5 stars because I get times are messed up right now and we’re all locals. But I’m still pretty annoyed y’all were straight up rude to me. Anyways I called 2 times to set a cancelation time because I was moving out of this house and still got charged almost 2 months later. I disputed the charge on my card, which led to Sierra calling me, being super rude saying they’re out 35 dollars when I could of just called them. Yeah I already called you twice.
