This is the first negative Google review I have ever written in my life, which should tell you how disappointing this experience was. I am not someone who normally leaves negative reviews, but I felt this was necessary. Cons: 1. Cleanliness: The room was filled with dust and clearly not cleaned properly. The carpets were extremely old and carried dust. The fan (see picture one) had a heavy layer of dust, which is not something that builds up overnight. 2. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Wir hatten ein Apartment mit ebenem Ausgang zum Innenbereich wo man direkt an den See kommt. Das war gut. Allerdings war das Zimmer sauber aber sehr alt.

Everything is good. The only thing that needs to be confirmed is the distance from the home to private beach. You may have to cross the street to reach beach. The resort is very close to Kings beach so I recommend visiting there instead of private beach. Of course private beach is also good. Pool and spa are really good. You can use the BBQ grill and there are some games that you can use.
