Andrew/team are very responsive and provide excellent services to help maintain rental properties. We have used them specifically for snow shoveling prior to guests arrival. They provide many other services so be sure to check out their website.
Tahoe Property Services is a life saver; they are professional, efficient and show up when they say they are going to be here. We let our decks get built up with way too much snow, it was roughly 10 feet deep. They sent out a great crew of 6 people who were able to shovel the snow out and get the deck completely cleared in an efficient manner. Tahoe Property Services has provided us with fantastic snow removal service. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable and efficient. If you are looking for a great snow removal company I highly recommend them. One of the tough jobs they did was dig out our propane tank which got buried under 7 feet snow. After that experience we signed up for regular scheduled snow shoveling for our decks, walkways and propane tank access cover.
