If you have any problems with your boat they will not help. This is the third summer I’ve had my boat and had to send it back for service twice. First summer the trim started falling off the sides. Last year the trim fell off in a different spot. In addition to the water pump going bad after one season. Reached out to Tahoe boats directly and they will either ignore your emails or just send you a generic response telling you to send it to one of their distributors for service.
