My partner and I did the Bonsai Rock Clear Kayak tour today, and it was absolutely incredible! As first-timers, we were a little nervous, but our guide, Rowan, was incredibly patient and took the time to get us completely comfortable and familiarized with everything before we set off. There is no real store. No real person. Just a parking location. Called multiple times and did not tell us how to find the store nor a real person to talk. Lies about the store location. Terrible attitude. Terrible communication. Not reliable at all.
Big thanks to Cole and May for giving us a wonderful guided tour! They are very patient and show great passion and dedication to the work.
What an amazing experience! Rowan was the best guide. He was knowledgeable about facts and the history of Lake Tahoe. I highly recommend this company for anyone visiting Lake Tahoe.
