⚠️⚠️⚠️BEWARE of this company!!!! ⚠️⚠️ Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Was attending a wedding in Lake Tahoe and we were forced to reschedule our stay due to the wildfires fires in the area, but they refused to even consider doing anything to help us. Do not waste your time or money with this company who does not care about their customers or their situations. God forbid Mother Nature has plans during your stay. The MANAGEMENT will be too “busy travelling” to even talk to you on the phone.
Completely disappointed with the customer service this “business” provided us with. I will be returning to the Lake Tahoe area, but will prefer a hotel stay. They actually care about the guest experience. I can’t say the same for this company.
I’m not a picky customer nor do I believe in leaving bad reviews for minor things people can’t control. One thing this company could control, is giving people a break when unforeseen events occur. The Tahoe venue canceled my sisters wedding due to the fires and moved it to august 2022 a week and half before the original wedding date. We attempted to get a refund.
