We paid David $1,300 for a service that was never delivered. David canceled the contract and refused to refund our money, nor would he work with us to reschedule the date. While their fine print apparently allows them to retain full client funds upon cancellation, I believe keeping $1,300 without performing the core service reflects a severe lack of business integrity and unconscionable practices. Potential customers should read their cancellation policy very carefully before paying.
Took our money and provided no service. They can cancel on you for any reason and not refund you. I guess I should’ve read the fine print in more detail but I had faith businesses would have integrity but alas, this one doesn’t. David, can you tell me why you think you are owed the $1300 dollars we paid you? We recently booked an afternoon with Tahoe Jet Boats and it did not disappoint! We had a lovely excursion and got to do a variety of activities - paddle boarding, tubing, swimming (albeit a little chilly given the time of year, but still refreshing), sightseeing - the whole gamut! Captain Brett was really cool and laid back - he acted as a tour guide, dropping some Lake Tahoe knowledge for us, and was our master of activities and helped us capture memories (aka was an awesome photog)!
