Really fun and cool experience. Very knowledgeable and helpful guides who take you to great spots and make sure you and your group have the best time. Scottie was our guide and he was great. He even lined us all up for a picture in the kayaks. Solid recommendation for some Tahoe fun.
I booked a glass-bottom kayak tour and had a terrible experience. 24 hours before the scheduled tour, I still hadn’t received any information. I emailed and called the company multiple times, but no one replied or picked up the phone. I tried again in the morning, five hours before the tour—still no response. I loved the beauty of Lake Tahoe! HOWEVER, I have never experienced a more unprofessional company! They waited until the last minute to inform us where to meet., inspite of me sending numera texts, emails and phone calls. Additionally the van driver was BEYOND rude and should never be allowed to interact with the public. I will never use nor recommend these guys!!
An unenjoyable tourist trap. Expect to go up to incline village for a shuttle to sand harbor and pay triple the rental rate. No paddle size selection, the most scuffed up glass kayaks in the area and strict rules. All the employees make it seem like your presence is inconveniencing them and our tour guide seemed annoyed that we didn't want to follow his sluggish pace and lackluster commentary (although his phone seemed riveting).
