I have been to Urgent Care in Truckee 3 times over the last 6 months for various medical issues, and each visit has been a very pleasant experience, with caring, knowledgeable and friendly medical staff. Professional care and I’m very impressed with the quality of care.
I visited this urgent care with an accidental knife wound to the leg, got stitches and I was concerned.It became infected, contact them them w my concerns.They would not allow me to send a picture of it as well.Would not let me speak to anybody.They just told me to go to ER. terrible customer service. follow up with questionsor concernsimpossible. I would not go there
I haven't got the bill yet, so that may change rating super awesome staff. Knowledgeable and friendly. Skilled in the arts of snowboard and ski related injuries. Right across the highway from the main hospital. Wait time was minimal, diagnosis was prompt. Everyone was a pleasure do deal with, from the reception staff to the nurses and doctors.
This is a top-notch urgent care experience. This is such an important facility in Truckee as so many people are visitors or part-time residents. The staff was friendly, the wait was relatively short and my appointment with Dr. Jensen was excellent. She was thorough, thoughtful, and kind (as was her medical assistant) and I left there feeling better and armed with a good medical plan. This is an excellent and truly professional operation.
