The outpatient lab front desk lady with the silver teeth was super rude to my wife and I. She asked, “do you have an appointment?” And my wife said “I’m not sure. My husband called but I don’t know.” Then she said in a super rude tone and a mean look, “my question was do you have an appointment?” We did have an appointment but she made us wait and served 5 or 6 other walking before helping us. Per the standard, TFHD charges insane prices for standard health procedures. The gross overreach of the American healthcare system on display as always. Its coming to a head...Any business that has a sign in the lobby stating that "aggressive behavior will not be tolerated" is obviously not accepting responsibility for behavior that they are the direct cause of. Very expensive and frequently gives estimates that are incorrect on the order of $500. The staff seem to have no options to give better estimates and are confrontational. Going here feels like playing credit card roulette. Also unable to do swabs and not open on the weekend when people typically are free from work
