Several people without an appointment were taken before me. I sat and watched as at least 10 people were taken prior to me. Most of them I had heard say they didn’t have an appointment. I had been told there was about a 25 minute wait but that became a hour. Their system doesn’t seem to be very organized. It’s frustrating.
Very long wait yesterday despite being the only one in the wait room. Would have preferred better communication if there was going to be a long delay so I could have rescheduled.
They are efficient and polite. Two things that you don't always see but they go so great together!
Applied the scheduling of services that they would not perform causing a sick patient to loose sleep get up early got no reason
