My elderly friend went in ER for a non stop bleeding symptom. Staff put in device, which stopped the bleeding BUT NO CARE after that. She sat waiting in COLD room for two hours or more. The ER had no other patients. There was no FOLLOW UP. She could not find staff, so she left. SERIOUSLY! I work retail and give me customers more CARE and red carpet treatment, and make way way less money. How much will the ER charge for no care: $5000? Step it up hospital staff!
Had an unfortunate end to our family vacation and ended up in the ER. Staff was friendly and efficient, treated us and got as our as quickly as possible. Appreciate the care and compassion.
I went to the ER after a biking accident that required stitches. Nobody ever wants to be in that position, but Dr Rosengreen made the experience as painless and dare I saw pleasant, as possible. Nurse Nistler also assisted with the procedure and did a phenomenal job. These employees care and it shows. Two thumbs up to them and the rest of the staff. If I’m ever in that position again, I feel confident that I’ll be in good hands.
Went to the ER for abdominal pain that lasted 10+ hours. The staff was incredibly friendly. The doctor was so kind and comforting. Best ER experience I have ever had.
All the staff were incredibly friendly. Shawn from Radiology in particular was so kind - he even checked on and gave my dog water outside when I was awaiting test results. I never have been treated so well by hospital staff ever. Thank you guys!!
