Horrible staff, terrible treatment, bad billing center. They talk to you like a total idiot when you are there, they do not treat your problems, more just tell you to get over it, and on top of that they want to pull every dollar they can put of you. I had a workman’s comp situation where I needed to get a couple stitches, they refused to bill my employer and held me accountable. Sent me to collections, this hospital is absolutely awful. Do Not Try To Have Your Children Here! Staff is Super unhelpful and the campus is the most confusing campus. They do not work with you if you do not show up 15 minutes early.
My son broke his wrist while visiting and we ended up here to have it fixed. We were leaving for a Costa Rican vacation in a few days and the surgeon made a special effort to not only see my son but get him waterproof casting material. I could not be more pleased with the staff here- they were so very accommodating and kind.
Best care team ! Helpful, friendly staff. Clinical and non clinical staff are always friendly. Had surgery here and feels like a small rural hospital with staff that actually care. Thank you
