This hospital continues to charge people ridiculous amounts. 1100 to sit alone in the ER for an hour in excruciating back pain, except for a 5 minute pep talk from doctor... it was completely pointless. Ill get a generic response from tfh explaining that our feedback is valuable... blah blah blah. Treat people fairly, stop price gouging. Not everyone that lives here is a millionaire...Avoid this place.
We had a great experience here last week. Dr Jowers took such good care of our toddler son who slipped and had to get stitches on his face. He was so patient and took such good care of him and helped ease my husband and me. I can’t say enough good things about Dr Jowers and the staff as a whole. They made a stressful situation as pleasant as possible.
